With the standard C32 Acert Caterpillar diesels rated at 1925 MHP each, the GT70 enclosed bridge cruises at 25-27 knots with a range of 423 nautical miles. At wide open throttle, the GT70 does 35-37 knots with a 366 nautical mile range. At 8-10 knots range is increased to 1,525 nautical miles. With the optional MTU 16V2000 diesels rated at 2636 MHP each, the GT70 enclosed bridge cruises at 32-34 knots with a range of 414 nautical miles. At wide open throttle, the GT70 does 40-42 knots with a range of 321 nautical miles. At 8-10 knots range is increased to 1,144 nautical miles.
